Gary has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry and founded MegaChem (UK) Ltd in 2001 as a new entity in the MegaChem Group. His knowledge of products, industries, customers and chemical distribution has been key in shaping and growing our company. His passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and his desire to see MegaChem UK Ltd become an industry leader in the UK and Europe is evident in the team that he has grown around him. Busy planning and driving the business forward, Gary is also very much still in touch with the customers on daily basis. Away from work, Gary likes to relax with his fishing rod and can occasionally be found on the golf course.

Having worked in the chemical industry since 2004, Leigh joined MegaChem in 2012. He has continuously supported development and growth across the business, now as the Director of our PCP and APC business divisions (Performance Coating & Polymers, and Advance Polymer Composites). Industries include adhesives, construction, paint, ink, polyester, polyurethane, plastics and rubber.

Leigh works alongside a strong sales team to deliver excellence to every customer, committed to offering the very best in terms of products, service, and technical back-up.

Outside of work, Leigh has a busy family life and an enthusiastic Labrador, but always makes time for the beloved Nottingham Forest!

Supreeth is our UK Sales Manager (PCP: Paint and Ink) in the North of the UK. Supreeth brings over two decades of experience as a sales professional. Supreeth prides himself on communicating effectively with key decision-makers, technically and commercially, across diverse industries, in order to generate business. Outside of work, Supreeth likes to spend as much time as possible with his young family. An avid cricket enthusiast, he follows his favourite IPL and national teams.

Amy has over 15 years’ experience in chemical distribution, supplying the main surfactants and speciality chemicals in these sectors. Amy is known for building strong lasting working relationships with customers and her extensive knowledge of the market.   

Outside of work Amy loves to cook, exercise, and travel. She is also heavily involved with charities close to her heart, including a local food bank, Candlelighters and Zarach.

He has held senior commercial roles with leading global manufacturers and distributors, managing strategic accounts and driving new business growth across multiple categories.

Tom is known for his commercial mindset, strong customer relationships, and deep understanding of ingredient applications, helping customers translate technical solutions into scalable commercial success.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys travelling, fitness, cooking, and exploring food culture, with a strong interest in innovation, nutrition, and performance-led products.

Debbie joined MegaChem in 2007 and has since gained broad experience across various departments. Debbie currently serves as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 audits and is leading the implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 22301. Passionate about sustainability, Debbie actively supports initiatives in HR, Health & Wellbeing, and environmental responsibility, also overseeing the company’s sustainability reporting through the EcoVadis platform. Debbie holds a Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration, along with various sustainability credentials from IEMA and the Carbon Literacy Project. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her two adult daughters, which helps Debbie maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Outside of work, Carleigh loves nothing more than spending time with her young family and husband and can often be found on the pitch sidelines, encouraging her son in football and rugby.  She loves to travel and is an avid rugby supporter of the Welsh squad!
