Aldehyde Ketone Resins
Ketone resins are hard resins usually used in combination with other resins to deliver specific properties to the overall system. Based on cyclohexanone, they offer excellent compatibility with other resins and solubility in a wide range of organic solvents.
Applications and Uses:
In Industrial and Decorative coatings, they can be used to modify the rheology of the system as well as the hardness and gloss of the finished film. The solubility and compatibility with other resins also helps in dispersion of pigments and other solids within the system.
